Technoblade (June 1, 1999 - June 2022 [23 years old]), who was also known as Alexander, was an American Minecraft YouTuber and a friend of Skeppy.
He posted mostly videos of the Dream SMP and events like Minecraft Championship, along with occasionally posting videos with him and Skeppy.
He was most well-known for Minecraft Monday, of which he is a 4-time winner. He won in weeks 1, 2, 6, and 10.[1][2][3][4]
On June 30, 2022, a video was uploaded to Technoblade's channel titled "so long nerds", in which his father announced his passing away, along with a short script written by Technoblade approximately 8 hours prior to his death.[5]

The Great Potato War[]
The Great Potato War is a 3-part series where Technoblade and im_a_squid_kid competed against each other in order to become the rank #1 potato farmer in all of Hypixel Skyblock. This originally started when Technoblade decided to farm potatoes in order to get Hot Potato Books to level up his new armor. After he had gotten the number of potatoes he needed, he decided to go even further and get the #1 rank in Skyblock.
Before the Great Potato War started, im_a_squid_kid was the rank #1 potato farmer in all of Skyblock. However, Squid's #1 rank was beaten by Technoblade, and the Great Potato War officially started. After the first episode it went on for 2 more parts, until Technoblade and Squid agreed to officially end the war once one of them obtained 500 million potatoes. Technoblade won. The Great Potato War made im_a_squid_kid very well known and he currently has over 240k subscribers.
